I loved the location of this hotel, tucked away from the busy streets of Hanoi, yet so close to Hoan Kiem lake and beer streets. The rooms were clean and quite airy, although a bit small, they were still very comfortable. The service was good with options for car hire and tours. The dining experience provided a mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes. The facilities were satisfactory with a nice fruit selection. The only downsides were the slightly sketchy alleyway at night and the lack of a view due to surrounding buildings.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The rooms were nice and clean, although a bit small without windows for natural sunlight. The location was perfect, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, offering a quiet retreat from the busy streets. The dining options, though off-premises, were delicious and varied, enhancing my overall experience.
